This evaluation board is suitable for such applications as digital motor or machine control, packing mechanisms, UPS, VFC (Variable Frequency Control) and electrical control. It can also be used with a TM320F DSP chipset to implement customized control functions. The TMS320F2812 core and peripherals are designed for high performance digital motion control. This evaluation interface board, model IB2812, forms a complete digital servo motion control system when working in conjunction with MCK2812 L/HVD evaluation board. It offers 6 channels of PWM output, 8 channels of AD input and also provides special purpose chips with SPI interfaces to manage the nixie tube display and keys. Moreover, users can fully utilize any of the on-chip function pins, such as defining PWM, A/D, I/O and capture unit.
