Latest driver for CCS2.x,CCS3.1 and CCS3.3, to support C and Assembler. Realizes Flash program for F28x/F240x/F24x/F20x. High emulating speed, support RTDX. Does not use the system resources. Self-regulate to DSP voltage of the object board. Prevent system from crashing and becoming non-rebootable when the power of target board goes off.
